Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinators can help you understand and implement your NDIS plan and assist with connecting you to services. This is an NDIS funded support designed to assist you with you to building your skills and link you with mainstream and community services that will help with working towards your identified NDIS goals. Our Support Coordinators do the groundwork and help you with managing the budgets to ensure maximum utilisation. We acknowledge that as it can be quite overwhelming getting your services organised, especially if it is your first funded plan and we are here to support you with that. In the instance the funding is not reflective of your needs or there has been a change in your circumstances, our Support Coordinators are also able to assist with getting the paperwork organised to advocate for support that meets your needs. Essentially, we are here to walk this journey, alongside you! |

Specialist Support Coordination
Our Specialist Support Coordinators are allied health qualified and experienced in complex case management and can assist you with managing challenges that may create barriers to accessing and implementing your NDIS plan. This may include supporting you with services such as but not limited to health, education, housing, or justice services and working together to reduce the complexities to ensure that you can focus on working towards your identified NDIS goals |
