Glenn is a respectful, considerate, and approachable Support Coordinator whose gentle manner immediately puts people at ease. With lived experience of supporting people with disability, Glenn brings both empathy and understanding to every interaction, ensuring participants feel truly heard and valued.

Drawing on his recent role as a Participant Support Officer with the NDIA, Glenn has developed a strong foundation in disability services and a deep knowledge of how to navigate the NDIS system effectively. His participant-first approach is at the heart of his work, with a special focus on safeguarding the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of every individual he supports.

Glenn is committed to wielding his expertise to make a positive difference in the lives of NDIS participants and their supporters. He believes in working creatively with all available supports and resources to help participants achieve the dignity of a rich and meaningful life.
