With a strong background in employment coaching, mental health, and disability support, Tegan brings a person-centred, solutions-focused approach to her role as a NDIS Support Coordinator. Tegan is dedicated to empowering participants to build their capacity, navigate complex systems, and access the supports they need to thrive.
 
Tegan is deeply committed to disability rights and advocacy, and she works to support individuals in using their voice when engaging with providers and accessing services. Tegan has extensive experience working with people with psychosocial disabilities, managing complex cases, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary therapy teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care, also with a particular interest in neuropsychology and the connection between the body, brain, and soul.
 
Whether it’s connecting participants to therapeutic services, advocating for housing, or facilitating NDIS reviews, Tegan's aim is to uphold each person’s voice, choice, and control. Grounded in empathy and driven by outcomes, she is committed to helping people achieve their goals and live meaningful, empowered lives.
